Special Wedding Requests

Harmony wants your celebration to be uniquely yours. That’s why we offer an extensive list of songs. At your request we will provide the following options throughout your wedding celebration at no additional cost:

Announcements and Introductions- Harmony will serve as your master of ceremonies, providing first introduction of the Bride and Groom, bridal party, parents and/or honored guests.
First Dance- This is a special moment for the bride and groom and we want to honor your request to hear the song you’ve chosen. Harmony will gladly learn one or two songs at your request, given ample notice. A three (3) month advance notice is respectfully requested.
Cake /Garter/Bouquet – Harmony works along with your photographer, videographer, and venue manager to coordinate any and all special moments. We work closely in an effort to help these professionals capture your day.
Parent Dances- The tradition of the father/daughter dance and mother/son dance is a beautiful one, especially when you’ve chosen a song that has special meaning to you. Below are some of the most requested songs Harmony has played….but we are always looking for more, so please let us know if the song you would like is missing from our list:

Other services available for an additional fee include:

Overtime --Once a party starts, it’s often hard to stop! When the evening comes to an end, but the party has not, Harmony is often asked to keep on playing. If our schedule permits, and the host venue approves, Harmony is happy to play overtime for an additional fee. The fee is predetermined at the signing of the contract.
Ceremony – We are happy to provide individual musicians for your ceremony. Timing and schedules are always the biggest challenge in supporting this. The sooner we know you need assistance, the better able we will be to provide exactly what you need. If at all possible, please let us know at the time of the contract.
Cocktail Hour -- Typically Harmony will begin playing as soon as your guest arrive at the dining room. If you need to have music during your cocktail hour, that can be arranged.
Rehearsal Dinner – This request, although infrequent, does happen from time to time. Again, advance notice is very important and will be dependent upon the band’s prior engagement schedule. If it is important to you to have musicians at your rehearsal, advance notice is greatly appreciated.
